Journey to Winterhaven

Summary
In Ilmara, the PCs were given a quest by Marla, priestess of the Triumvirate of Light, to investigate sightings of a "death cult" operating to the east in the Avellyn River Valley near the village of Winterhaven. They set out on the King's Way to determine if the information is factual. If they are, they've pledged to eradicate the cult.

Memorable Events
The party was ambushed by kobolds on the road to Winterhaven. It was a hard fought battle, as it seemed the kobolds possessed Jhadara's Luck while the heroes had been cursed with ill-fortune. However, the leadership of Saeras and Delfar, coupled with Veshanna's mind-shattering spellcraft and Torinn's skill in hitting things really hard, the party prevailed.
