Black Necropolis

The Black Necropolis is the dominion of the death god Mordalis. It is not located in the Astral Sea but deep within the Shadowfell.

The Necropolis is a gargantuan basalt stronghold nestled among the highest peaks of a tall, jagged range of mountains. The souls of the dead come here to be judged and directed to their final resting place by Mordalis.
