Creeping Mire

Located in eastern Karnathas, the Creeping Mire is a huge, boggy moor which is perpetually enveloped in a hazy fog. This fog conceals a variety of dangerous creatures, including some not seen elsewhere in the world; unfortunately, those who enter the Mire tend to not return, so verification of this claim is difficult. In addition, there are claims that the mire is slowly growing, perhaps by as much as a mile per year.

The ruins of the Marasinian city of Ravillus are in the center of the Mire.
