Dead Gods
(redirected from Mythosa.SaehelasSilvenleaf)
Many of the Earth Mother's children died fighting the Old Gods or later in the Divinity War. The knowledge of most is lost or forgotten, but a few that are still remembered are listed below.
Adalus, God of Vengeance: Adalus was the god of revenge and retribution. He was slain in the Divinity War by Baltur, but his domain of vengeance was assumed by his sister/lover Savia.
Iberis, God of Knowledge: Iberis was slain in the Divinity War. The goddess Isa later took over the knowledge domain.
Iseldarilas, Elven Goddess of Music and Poetry: Iseldarilas was much beloved by the Sylvari, who still mourn her passing. She and Lyranis were once lovers. During the Divinity War, the goddess was captured by some of Shaarizad's allies who tried to corrupt her and turn her to their side. Iseldarilas refused, and eventually she was tortured and killed. Lyranis took revenge on her captors; all were slain except Adalus and Savia, who managed to elude the vengeful god. In remembrance of Iseldarilas, Lyranis took up her governance of music and poetry.
Ramm, God of Fire and War: Another casualty of the Divinity War, Ramm may have some connection with Karnus, though the nature of that connection isn't clear. Some speculate Karnus is Ramm reborn.
Saehelas Silvenleaf, Elven God of Wisdom and War: Saehelas was killed by the gnollish Tzedhiel while trying to defend the city of Tyr Aegas during the Divinity War.
Septarim: The Septarim is the collective name of the seven gods that once made up the Runic Pantheon. All the deities of the group were slain in the Divinity War.
Yaasila, Goddess of Illusion and Secrets: Yaasila was the goddess of illusion, secrets, and trickery, and the patron of illusionist wizards, thieves, and forgers. She was slain by Azakhar since she wouldn't submit to the Dark Court. Her sister Jhadara assumed her portfolio except for secrets, which were looted by Mallora.
