Gharakaag

City of Orcs

The orcish city of Gharakaag is found in western Karnathas on the edge of the Thornwood forest. It was once a Marasinian city called Myridia, but it was devastated during the Thaumaturgical Wars.

After the wars, the area around the ruined city became infested with humanoids - orcs, goblinoids, gnolls, etc. The orcish warlord Gharkhaz claimed the ruins of Myridia as his own. He constructed a stronghold from the remnants of the city from which his tribe, the Red Fang, wages war against other humanoids, northern tribes, and whoever else they come across. A few allied humanoid tribes have taken up residence in Gharakaag alongside the Red Fang.
