City of the Dragonfolk

Haatikys is a Viss'takh city found in the Skullfen Swamp. It was once a great city of the ancient Azakaal Empire. It has fallen into disrepair over the centuries as the current inhabitants lack the resources of their forebears, but it is still in relatively good condition.

There is a growing faction within the city that believes it would be in the best interests of the Viss'takh to expand north and work to conquer the entirety of Atharys. These dragonfolk see that course of action as the best way to recapture the former glory of the Azakaal Empire.
