City of Light

Lionsgate is a city-state on the eastern coast of Atharys. The central cathedral of the Triumvirate of Light - the White Temple - is found here. Lionsgate is a theocracy, governed by a council consisting of nine priests of the Triumvirate. It is also one of the few cities in the known world where slavery is prohibited.

Lionsgate has no designs on expansion beyond it's immediate area, but it does provide nominal support for Ravenstone, a fortress/trading post on the Karnathas coast to the east.
