City of Dark Sorcery

Maraada is a fortress city hidden away in the Maru Jungles. It is home to the Blood of Aan, the evil cabal that considers itself the successor to the Mystarchs of the Marasinian Empire. Maraada is an enemy of Khemal as both compete for influence in Zarkhir. They are also foes of Sp˙re, who they feel are too liberal with who they allow to learn wizardry.
