Dark Elven City
A Drakari city with a population of 7,000. It is governed by a council with members from the noble houses Vrynn, Liaal, and Il'ryss. The city is an enemy of Zhaure but for the most part the cities have kept their conflict limited to small skirmishes rather than full-scale war. Rath-Kaelin actually engages in some trade with the cities of Calythir and Amaranth as the Drakari of the city are not as evil as most of their brethren.
