Shaithal

Dark Elven City
Shaithal is the smallest of the known Drakari cities, with a population of 5,500. Though small, Shaithal is highly feared, even by other Drakari. It is ruled by a cabal of dark elven necromancers known as the Seven Shards of Night, of which three (at least) are liches. Many of the city's inhabitants are also necromancers and Shaithal is replete with mindless Undead who serve the Drakari.
