Zhaure

Dark Elven City
Zhaure is a Drakari city with a population of 7,500. The ruler of Zhaure is a powerful dark elven wizard named Xantrin. It is a rival of Rath-Kaelin, but so far the two cities have not engaged in open warfare. Warbands from Zhaure are fond of traveling to the surface to skirmish with the forces of Ulthia.
